Calendaring

Note for Faculty & Staff: The OIT is developing an integrated calendaring and email system for faculty and staff to use. This system provides a variety of benefits that are unavailable with the current email and calendaring systems. Details about the integrated calendaring and email environment will be available in the next 12 to 18 months.

Note:  Since Oracle purchased CorporateTime, the company has renamed the product to Oracle Calendar.

Oracle Calendar/CorporateTime is the University calendaring and scheduling system for faculty and staff. It allows you to invite others to meetings, coordinate meeting times by finding free blocks of time common to all invitees, reserve commonly used resources such as conference rooms, search for meetings within your agenda, record appointments, create to-do lists, and manage tasks.
