How do I fix this error I keep getting about my offline password in Oracle Calendar/CorporateTime?

When you log in to Oracle Calendar/CorporateTime, and you receive an error message that your offline password does not match your Online password do the following:

  • Windows Users: Make sure that Oracle Calendar/CorporateTime is not open, then delete the locally stored offline agenda files: xtmlocal.dat and xtmlocal.ndx. (You can do a search of your C: drive to find these files.) Re-launch Oracle Calendar/CorporateTime, and it will automatically rebuild the offline agenda. The user can proceed with resetting the password as usual. None of your meetings will be lost.
  • Mac Users: Drag the file "CorporateTime Data" out of the Oracle Calendar/CorporateTime folder on your hard drive. Relaunch the application, Oracle Calendar/CorporateTime will return an error asking you to download a new Offline agenda. Click OK, user can reset the password as needed. None of your meetings will be lost.
