Email Restores

In extreme circumstances, users may request a restore of their IMAP email folders from any date within the past 28 days.  Restores are usually completed within two business days.

To request an email restore, please contact the OIT Help Desk at 574-631-8111.  We will need the following information:

• The exact date that you KNOW the email was there last.
• Your NetID
