Migrating Your Apple Address Book to Entourage

1) With Entourage 2008 open, go to the Entourage menu and select Preferences.

2) Go to the Sync Services section and check the box to Synchronize contacts with Address Book and .Mac. Click OK.

3) Select the option to Combine information when asked how you want to Synchronize. Click OK.

4) The Apple address book entries will be combined with any local contacts that are already in Entourage.

5) Select the contacts the user wishes to have stored on the Exchange server and drag them from the contacts On My Computer to the contacts folder under the user’s Exchange account heading.
