Migrating Your Email & Addressbook from Mac Mail to Entourage

1) Open Entourage and to go File > Import.

2) When asked what you want to import, select Information from another application.

3) In the Choose and Application dialog, choose Apple Mail.

4) Select the items the user wishes to import (usually this will be all items except Accounts).

5) If Apple Mail is running, you may receive this message. If you do, click Continue with Import. The import will proceed.

6) When the import is complete, click Finish.

7) The mail will be imported directly into the local mail folders (On My Computer) in Entourage.
