Email Forwarding in Exchange
Previously, you could setup your Notre Dame email to forward to another account using the EDS web site. In Exchange, email forwarding is handled differently. At this time, you must request to have an administrator configure your Exchange email to forward to another account. To request email forwarding for Exchange email, please complete the form available here. Please allow 2 business days for your email forwarding to be changed. Note: You can only request forwarding for your personal email or a departmental account for which you are the owner of record.
Note: Exchange will only forward to a single address. If you need to forward to multiple addresses (such as a departmental account that is monitored by several staff), we suggest that you create a LISTSERV list and forward the account to that address. LISTSERV lists can be requested at https://listserv.nd.edu/request.html.
