Quotas in Exchange
Like on the legacy email system, you have a quota on the Exchange system. That quota applies to email, calendaring, and any other information that you store on the Exchange system. Your default quota on Exchange is 1GB. You will start receiving notifications that you are near your quota when you reach 75%. If you reach or exceed your quota, you will continue to receive new email, however you will not be able to send new messages.
