ResNet

ResNet is a high speed networking system in the residence halls that enhances the capabilities of students' personal computers. ResNet provides speeds up to 300 times faster than a typical modem connection. All students are provided a personal network connection in their room and additional connections are provided in DeBartolo Hall, Hesburgh Library, LaFortune Student Center, and South Dining Hall.

ResNet provides students with access to the Internet as well as software to send e-mail, read news, browse the Web, check their grades, confer with classmates and professors, conduct research for papers, submit classwork, and even stay in touch with friends and family.
