Print@ND Problems Fixed with New Print Utility
A new Print@ND utility is now available to all Windows XP and Windows Vista users. This updated utility fixes the major problems Windows XP and Vista users reported since the school year began.
- 64-bit Windows Vista users are now able to release print jobs with their login
- Windows XP users can install the new Print@ND utility without a .NET error message
- Print jobs that are released will print without a server time-out
You can download and install the Print@ND utility from oit.nd.edu/software/licenseinfo/index.shtml#n.
IMPORTANT: All Windows users must install this updated Print@ND utility--even if you installed a print utility earlier this semester. If you don't install the new utility, you will be prompted to install updated print drivers each time you print to a different Print@ND queue.
