Notre Dame Email Maintenance

DESCRIPTION:

Scheduled maintenance to multiple university email servers.

MAINTENANCE DATE & TIME:

Sunday, June 29, 2008 at 7:30 am – 9:30 am.

IMPLICATION OF THIS MAINTENANCE:

Central Notre Dame email services will be unavailable during this maintenance. 
No email messages will be lost.
The pilot Exchange environment and Google Apps email (Gmail) for students will remain available.

WHO IS AFFECTED:

• All Notre Dame Email users who are NOT currently using Exchange or Gmail

WHAT IS BEING DONE:

The OIT system engineer will be replacing hardware in the mail servers.

USER ACTION NEEDED:

None.
