Banner Performance Issues

The INB-Extender single sign-on problem via InsideND has now been resolve, following the installation of an update provided by the vendor. If you have additional questions or problems, please contact your departmental IT staff or the OIT Help Desk (574-631-8111).

Single-sign on between INB and Xtender remains down, but Xtender itself is still accessible via https://xtender.nd.edu. We continue to investigate with the vendor, who has escalated the issue with their development staff.

A configuration change has resolved the Banner performance problems. Xtender single sign-on remains down at this time.

OIT staff are working with our vendor to address performance issues with Banner applications.  Users may experience intermittent performance problems with both Banner INB and SSB services.
