Forms & Surveys

Need help deciding which forms service to use?

The OIT supports several tools that provide the ability to create online forms and receive data for completed forms electronically. These services can improve processes, simplify the collection of data, and reduce printing costs.

Google Forms

Google forms is a simple form/survey tool with some powerful benefits. You can add collaborators when building your form, port your responses directly into Google Sheets, shuffle questions, add images, use page branching and even question skip logic. If you need to create a quick or simple survey, this may be the perfect tool for you. You can use Google Forms to gather information from anyone, anywhere. Google Forms is part of the Google Suite and available (at no cost) to anyone associated with the University.
