Importing Your Whitelist from Barracuda
Until the Barracuda is permanently removed, you have the opportunity to import your whitelist from Barracuda into Sendmail Sentrion by following the instructions below.
Note! You can also repeat these steps to import your blacklist from the Barracuda Spam Firewall into the Sentrion Sendmail block-list.
- Log in to the Barracuda Spam Firewall at https://nospam.nd.edu using your NetID and password.
- Click on the Preferences tab near the top of the page.

- In the “Allowed Email Addresses and Domains (Whitelist)” section, click the Bulk Edit button.

- Highlight all addresses listed, then copy them.
- To copy on Windows, right-click on the highlighted list and choosing Copy
- To copy on Macintosh, highlight the list of addresses and then press Cmd-C

- Log in to Sendmail Sentrion at https://myspam.nd.edu using your NetID and password.
Please note: the spam quarantine web site supports on the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 1.5+, Mozilla 1.7+. Other browsers may experience problems.
- Click on the Mail Processing tab. Make sure you are viewing the Allow-List section.

- Click the Add… button.
- Select the following configurations:
- Match Field: Sender
- Match Type: contains

- In the Match Value(s) section, Paste your whitelist from Barracuda into the text field.
- To paste on Windows, right-click and choosing Paste.
- To paste on Mac, place your cursor in the Match Values text field and press Cmd-V
- Click OK.
- When you return to your Sentrion Allow-List page, you’ll see your new allowed senders listed.
