Modifying Your Quarantine Notifications

Please note: the spam quarantine web site supports on the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 1.5+, Mozilla 1.7+. Other browsers may experience problems.

  1. You can change the way your quarantine notifications are sent to you by clicking Notification on the left panel of the quarantine page.

  2. By default, you will be sent a summary of your spam quarantine each day.

    If you’d like to receive the summary messages less frequently, under “Notification frequency,” select the option to Send me a summary of my quarantined messages every and change the value from 1 day(s) to frequency you prefer.

    If you prefer not to receive the summary messages at all, select Don’t send me a summary of my quarantined messages.

  3. By default, the email notification message will give you a summary of the first ten messages that have been quarantined.

    If you prefer more or fewer message to be listed in the summary, select Summarize and specify the number you prefer (see example below).

  4. You may specify the format you receive your summary notifications in by choosing between HTML format and Plain text.
  5. To specify an alternate email address to send your summary messages to, fill in the field for Alternate recipient address(es) for notification message.
  6. Click Apply in the lower left of the page to save any changes you make to the options.
