Residence Hall Computing Support

The RESidence Hall NETwork is affectionately known as ResNet. This is the NETwork structure within the RESidence halls at the university. Today, ResNet is seamlessly integrated with the campus network overall.

Student who need help can receive assistance via phone and/or an on-site visit. On-site support is provided by student employees of the Office of Information Technologies. They provide excellent support for a variety of computer issues. If you would like on-site assistance, just call to schedule an appointment.

Regular Hours:
Sunday: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: Closed

Closed: Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, and Easter Sunday.

NOTE: Sunday hours and hours after 5:00 p.m. are only available during the academic year when classes are in session.

Note: During Spring Break, Fall Break and Summer assistance is available during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
