Please note that the OIT Service Center is not able to service HP Warranty claims. Please contact HP for warranty support.

Your HP printer was originally sold to you with a specific HP factory hardware warranty. That warranty will include 1 to 3 years parts/labor coverage and possibly 1 to 3 years of onsite labor coverage. The specific length and type of that hardware warranty your printer received is noted in your original HP user manual and purchase receipt that was supplied with your printer. If you do not have this information you can call HP at 1 208 323 2551. When calling have your machine's Serial number available. If your printer is under warranty, you must contact a local HP Warranty service center. Use either the local yellow pages or navigate through HP's homepage to a service locator.
