ICS Web Workorders

The online Workorder System, often referred to as Webspeed, is accessed by authorized personal only. This system is used to enter online workorders for Voice, Video and Data Services. When entering a workorder please be sure to include all important information, including building, room numbers, user names, telephone numbers, etc. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for orders to be completed.

To enter an online workorder please visit https://oit-ics.nd.edu To log on please use your netid@nd.edu and your net id password. Once logged in there is a link with detailed instructions.
