The Office of Integrated Communication Services provides a range of networking, video and telecommunications products and services, to the University, for the student residents on campus and to various internal and external entities doing business on campus. The office maintains a strong focus on customer service, seeking to empower the customer with services, equipment and access methods that will increase their ability to use the services provided. An ongoing process to receive customer feedback has been established to refine, improve and change the responsiveness of the department as the users indicate.
