How do I obtain a vanity web URL for my departmental web site?

Vanity web URLs (e.g., oit.nd.edu) may be requested by departments and organizations at Notre Dame. To request a vanity web URL, please contact Gail Mancini in the Office of Public Affairs and Communication with the requested URL.

Important notes:

• Vanity URLs will only be granted in the form of department.nd.edu -- no URLs in the form of www.department.nd.edu will be granted.
• All requests will be reviewed for appropriateness, uniqueness, and to ensure that there are not multiple URLs to the same web site.
