How much does WebEx cost?

WebEx uses two communication mediums to hold a session, each with a separate fee. One is the computer-to-computer session where the far end participants can see the host’s desktop, applications, etc. The other is voice communication via a telephone.

• Computer-to-computer connectivity is 22¢ a minute for each participant, per session.
• Analog telephone connectivity is 8¢ a minute for each participant or 2¢ a minute if the far end participants use voice over IP (VoIP).

For a full WebEx event combining both mediums, you can expect to pay an average of 30¢ per minute, per person. For example a 30 minute full WebEx session would cost $9.00 for each participant.  

If the host does not need to share any computer content, you can schedule an Audio Only event (standard conference call) for 8¢ per minute per participant.
