The Office of Information Technologies (OIT) Zoom administrators have a new Zoom recordings retention plan in place that will affect all recordings stored in the Zoom cloud (zoom.nd.edu).
The new plan procedure states that any recording over 365 days old stored in the Zoom cloud will be deleted unless it is moved to Panopto. This is an ongoing process and will affect all recordings as they reach their deletion date.
Instructions for moving recordings to Panopto are available in this knowledge article. Local recordings will not be affected.
