At Notre Dame, data informs strategy and decision making. DataND, is an aggregate of valuable institutional data available to the campus community in a secure and effective way.
DataND allows you to access, combine, explore and understand Notre Dame’s institutional data like never before. It offers:
- Easy-to-read reports and graphics to help tell your story
- Ability to search, browse and download data
- Flexibility for more detailed data analysis
- Secure access to datasets and reports (appropriate to your role)
- University Data Governance policy & procedures for all datasets and reports
New and updated data from various campus departments are added constantly. Over the coming months, you'll find data and reports about staff, faculty, buildings, finances, enrollment, etc.
"DataND will allow us to spend less time finding and extracting data and more time analyzing and understanding its implications," said John Affleck-Graves, executive vice president, University of Notre Dame.
The institutional data is available at: data.nd.edu. Before you can access this data, you must complete the required Responsible Data Use policy certification. It is a short questionnaire that takes approximately 10 minutes.
