As students, faculty and staff begin returning to campus, the OIT wants to make you aware of updates to these IT services. Some services may require action on your part.

Run Eduroam Setup Utility to Access WiFi on Campus

Due to a recent update to the eduroam service, you must run the eduroam setup utility on all wireless devices you will use on campus. You can do this from any location, including home.

Once completed, you will be able to connect to the eduroam WiFi network when you return to campus. Instructions for running the eduroam utility are available in this knowledge article.

PrintND Reminder for Students

Print quota is a printing allotment students receive each semester, and can be used at any PrintND printer.

Undergraduate students receive a print quota of 20 PrintND Dollars for the entire academic year. Ten PrintND Dollars have already been added to your account for this semester. The remaining 10 PrintND Dollars will be added in the spring semester.

Graduate students receive 35 PrintND Dollars per academic year. Ten PrintND Dollars have already been added to your account, and the additional quota will be added mid-September.

You can transfer funds from your Domer Dollars account to purchase additional print quota at any time. Additional information about PrintND quota is available in this knowledge article.

Add/Change a Non-ND Email as a Back-Up in Your Okta Account

Okta uses a secondary (non-ND) email address to facilitate self-service password resets, account change notifications and potential security alerts. To ensure you receive these communications, it is vital to have a secondary non-ND email address included in your Okta profile. You can find more information in this knowledge article.
