VoIP Phone System
Most campus telephones use the voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone system. This also allows you to place phone calls over the internet from any computer or mobile device, just as if you were at a campus phone.

Mobile and Cellular Service
The Notre Dame campus features a distributed mobile phone antenna system providing excellent reception for students, faculty, and staff who subscribe through a participating carrier. In addition, faculty, staff, and students may be eligible for discounts at major providers.

Undergraduate Residence Hall Telephone Services
There is no longer a mandatory telephone charge in the undergraduate residence hall rooms, but you will still have the opportunity to subscribe to a local telephone service. There is a fee for in-room telephone service. Should you require an in-room residence hall phone, please contact the OIT Help Desk at (574) 631-8111.
