Identity and Access Management

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides centralized services that support enterprise authentication and authorization, identity and user lifecycle management, and directory services. To protect sensitive data and reduce risk to the University, IAM creates digital identities for the Notre Dame community, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time for the right reason.

IAM manages Okta, the University's single sign-on and multi-factor authentication service, to facilitate access to a variety of Notre Dame applications without having to use a separate login.
