Banner Maintenance Begins Aug. 12

Beginning Friday, Aug. 12 at 5:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. (ET) Sunday, Aug. 14, 2022, Office of Information Technologies (OIT) systems administrators will perform maintenance on the Banner application to remediate a security vulnerability.

The Banner application and many administrative applications will be UNAVAILABLE for some or all of the maintenance period. Many other systems that use Banner as their source of data will be impacted as well. Affected systems include, but are not limited to:

  • Class registration (NOVO)
  • Banner Admin pages
  • Self-service Banner
  • GLez, PeopleEZ and Person Profile
