Don’t forget to grab your sandwich and attend this summer’s final OIT Lunch & Learn online event. The title is “Creating Zoom Meetings for Others,” and will be held on Tues. July 28 from noon to 1 p.m.
You’ll learn about the features available in Google Calendar and Zoom that allow you to create a meeting for someone else, and save it directly to his/her calendar making them the host. Setting up meetings this way enables the host to take full advantage of all Zoom features.
Additionally, this session will also cover important features available to keep these meetings secure.
