Organizational Change Management
The Training and Transitions Team, consisting of certified change practitioners and experienced trainers, manages the people side of change by helping individuals transition through organizational changes.
Change practitioners, focusing on stakeholders, communications, coaching and support, advocate with purpose and intention to ensure smooth transitions as new technologies are implemented. The team is available to consult on technology changes as well as provide training on how your department can more effectively manage the personal impact of technology changes.
