Organizational Change Management

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, consisting of certified practitioners and experienced trainers, manages the people side of change by helping individuals transition through organizational changes. 

Focusing on stakeholders, communications, coaching, and support, OCM aims to ensure smooth transitions as new technologies are implemented. Team members are available to consult on technology changes as well as provide training on how your department can more effectively manage the personal impact of technology changes.
