Portfolio and Project Management

The Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO) provides the framework to plan and implement Notre Dame's evolving technology solutions. Projects are received, approved and guided by the OIT Governance process, aided by the PPMO. To ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope, the PPMO identifies, prioritizes, and executes a portfolio of programs to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient technology solutions that align with the University’s mission.
