Enhanced Support Services
All members of the Notre Dame community receive support through the OIT Help Desk and the IT Service Portal. However, some departments may need additional support customized to meet their unique needs. Enhanced Support Services (ESS) is designed to:
- Collaborate and guide the use of valued technology services and solutions in support of the mission of the University
- Empower our partners to achieve their strategic initiatives through the effective use of technology
- Offer IT expertise in service to the unique needs of our partner areas
