All Resource Planning (ARP)

Detailed Description: The current Budget and Planning tool is no longer meeting the needs of the university. This project is to select and implement a new tool that will is more dynamic and easier to use and allow for continuous planning, and better dashboards and reporting. Benefits of the new tool are:

• Distribute the gathering of budget data
• Allow end users to run analysis
• Have dashboards and reports for executives without manually having to create them
• Eliminate shadow systems
