HR Transformation Phase 2

NDHR and the OIT are working to enhance the onboarding experience to provide a clear, consistent, streamlined, and transparent process, ensuring that each new-hire feels welcomed and hiring managers and employees are empowered from the start. This project aims to:

• Increase visibility into the pre-employment and onboarding process

• Provide access to a new onboarding environment, including a production-ready checklist, for candidates (upon offer acceptance)

• Integrate the onboarding process with current systems such as Banner, Equifax and Hireright

• Bring visibility into the pre-employment and onboarding processes for hiring managers
